How its works?

• A dialog box titled "Change Paragraph Styles" will appear.
• Scope Selection:
  • Select the scope of your operation (Document, Story, or Selection) from the dropdown menu at the top.
  • Document: Applies the changes throughout the entire document.
  • Story: Applies the changes to the entire text story where the cursor is located.
  • Selection: Applies the changes only to the selected text.
• Add Style Sequences:
  • In the dialog box, you’ll see dropdowns for selecting paragraph styles.
  • Use the first dropdown to select the paragraph style to find.
  • Use the second dropdown to select the paragraph style to apply to the next paragraph.
  • If you want to add another rule (e.g., Style Y should follow Style X), click the "+" button. You can add as many rules as you need.
